ANSWERING MACHINE DETECTION: Detecting answering machines is an art and not a perfect science since voice mail, answering machines, and even the message left on answering machines vary. Our dialing software is state of the art, especially for answering machines and voice mail. Nevertheless, due to the various ways that telephones are answered by humans and due to the wide variety of answering machines and automated attendants, no auto dialer can be expected to properly deliver your message to 100% of the recipients.

LIST CLEANING AND FORMATTING: We charge $90.00 10k per list cleaning. Lists cam be sent as txt, csv, or Excel file.  CLEAN YOUR OWN LISTS AND SAVE! Your lists should be cleaned to eliminate duplicates, blanks, and area codes outside your state. All numbers must be comma delimited  with no symbols such as (, )-:. 

HAVING PROBLEMS CLEANING YOUR LIST?  We charge just $90.00 per 10k for list cleaning which is a fraction of what you will pay elsewhere. Clean lists get full value as your hit rate is higher.  Clean lists often get hit rates over 80%, even 90%!  Dirty lists cost more.  Clean your own lists and save! But if you are having problems out we will do it for you.  If you want us to clean your list please get the list to us at least 48 hours before you are scheduled to broadcast. 

HERE IS ANOTHER DOLLAR SAVING HINT: We provide you a detailed report after each broadcast on an EXCEL file.  By deleting disconnected numbers on your first campaign you can improve your hit rate and reduce your total number of calls on your second campaign and have enough calls remaining for a final third message free! Learn to clean your lists and save.

POLLING: University studies have shown that polling by recorded message is far more accurate than live polls as responders are not trying to please a live pollster. We have conducted hundreds of polls. Polls are useful to determine hot button local issues that motivate your constituency to support you candidacy.  Polling can also determined whether an incumbent is vulnerable and can keep you out of a losing race or put you into a winning race.  It can also identify constituents not voting for you so that you can then target this voters an literally turn the election in your favor. A turnkey poll will be designed from start to finish for HomeyTel customers by for a flat rate of $400.00 for a one question poll with as many as nine (9) selections.  Each additional question is $150.00.  This is a flat rate in addition to the calling.  Calling is at the base rate for a one question poll, add 10% for each additional question.
